Happy Birthday Sophia!

Crazy how fast a year flies by, I feel like I just took Sophia's newborn pictures a few months ago. Sophia’s session was split into two separate days…not in the plan but Sophia was teething in a major way….and was not in the mood for pictures on day 1. Alison brought a cake and balloons on the first scheduled session, we gave up on all the non cake pictures we had planned and went straight to the cake plan. Thankfully Sophia’s teeth pain disappeared when we put her in front of the cake. Sophia was so cute for her session/session’s……although she was a challenge….we got some keepers!

Here is an awesome family that I photographed during my hectic Holiday Season and did not have any time to share any of their and my FAVS from their maternity session. They purchased my Bellies and Babies Plan and came back with their newest addition. Baby Taylor had the most beautiful head of dark brown hair (just like big sisters), when I saw her I could not wait to start snapping away! I prefer to photograph newborns between birth and 2 weeks, they sleep more and allow you to mold them into those classic favorite poses. Baby Taylor was almost 2 weeks old for her newborn session.....she decided to stay awake for her whole session! We did everything we could to make her sleep but NO LUCK. Big sister AVA was part of the photo session plan too, but Ava wanted to do everything else but be a part of the session. I will be honest it was a challenge but all in all we were able to capture some beautiful images.

Oh how fast they grow!!

Here is another adorable baby girl. I am combining Merritt's newborn session photo's with her most recent 3 month session. It is amazing how fast they grow! When Merritt came for her 3 month session she was a little off......we got a few pictures then Merritt fell asleep! She took a short 10-15 minute cat nap, woke up and finished her session ...with a much more happier baby girl. I am sharing one picture that I could not resist posting...one of her pre-nap pictures....you will know which picture it is.

Here's an adorable 7 month old...... Kaydence was full of BIG smiles until I put the camera to my face. Once the camera was in sight the smiles disappeared and the unimpressed look came out....Kaydence stared me down with her georgeous blue eyes, but with lots of effort we were able to capture a few smiles and lots of precious candid images. Time Off...Refreshed....and Inspired

Okay it has been AWHILE since my last post! July 09 - December 09 is a big blur, I got so busy there was no time for keeping up with my facebook or blog posts. I took December 18th-January 5th off to spend time with my family, and only scheduled a few sessions in January so that I could have some much needed me time. I am reorganized and excited for the New Year!
